At Image Agent, we enjoy building relationships with our customers. From start to finish we can guide you through our purchasing process and help you choose a display that’s right for you. Here are few things you’ll need to know before starting.
Turn Around Time
Orders requiring graphics can be produced within 3-4 working days from receiving artwork. (dye sublimation fabric printing requires 5-7 days) Leave yourself plenty of time to receive the display before using it at your next event. If time is not allowed, contact us about expediting your order.
Printing Guidelines
If you are purchasing custom graphics with your display, you’ll need to follow our Graphic Specs to ensure the best possible output. Graphic Specs provide exact sizes, bleed information, color specifications and file formats. Files can be submitted through We Transfer or mail. Contact us for instructions.
Payment Processing
We accept checks and credit cards. A valid email address is required to receive your invoice and complete the transaction. A 50% deposit is required to begin your order process.
